Privacy policy

When you join the beta, we receive:

• your work email address
• your answers to the signup questions (current tool, biggest pain, how often you meet with clients, and anything you add)
• which version of this site you saw, and where you signed up on the page
• the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters) and the page that referred you

We also count page views and button clicks to learn which version of the site works better. We do this without cookies and without building a profile of you across other sites.

• to invite you to the beta and keep you updated about it
• to understand which problems matter most, so we build the right thing

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

• Formspark receives and stores the signup form.
• PostHog records anonymous page views and clicks.
• Vercel hosts this website.

We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

We keep your signup until the beta ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@getquietnote.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
